Ingredients:

  • Ground meat
  • Kroeung
  • Dried fish
  • Paprika
  • Coconut milk 2-3 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Mix olive oil and 2-3 tbsp krueng and Tamarind soup mix or cook tamarind in hot water and squeeze out juice
  2. Cook with meat and dried fish
  3. Cook off liquid
  4. Mix thinly sliced keifer lime leaf
