Ingredients:
- Ground meat
- Kroeung
- Dried fish
- Paprika
- Coconut milk 2-3 tbsp
Instructions:
- Mix olive oil and 2-3 tbsp krueng and Tamarind soup mix or cook tamarind in hot water and squeeze out juice
- Cook with meat and dried fish
- Cook off liquid
- Mix thinly sliced keifer lime leaf
